OPSL as a limited company, created in the year 1995 with a view to provide consultancy services on human resource development, organization development, project planning & management, natural resource management and livelihoods promotion to varied clients, including both national and multinational corporate houses as well as local and international development organizations. OPSL consists of a resource pool of highly committed professionals from multidisciplinary fields and a resource bank to meet the requirements of our clients. We are open to providing services to independent, multilateral agencies, Corporate Social Responsibility wings, Government Agencies, International Donor/Development Agencies and NGOs. We work in partnership, networking, outsourcing as well as standalone mode considering the client's diversified needs.
