FIRE FREE ALLIANCE

The Fire Free Alliance (FFA) is a voluntary multi-stakeholder group made up primarily of forestry and agriculture companies with NGOs and other concerned collaborators and partners, who are committed to resolving Indonesia's persistent fires and haze problems arising from forest and land burning. Members collaborate to share information, and open source knowledge and resources to achieve lasting solutions that lead to a fire free Indonesia. Fire prevention through community engagement has proven to be a successful method to reduce the incidence of unmanaged fire and smoke haze in the landscape...
