Graham Rossini is an accomplished and versatile sports business leader with over 25 years of experience, primarily at the executive level within a Major League Baseball (MLB) organisation and NCAA athletic department. Rossini is currently the athletics director at Arizona State University. He serves as a member of the athletics department's senior leadership team and provides executive direction to 26 NCAA-level varsity sports, 650 student-athletes, and over 300 full-time employees. Two million fans watch, attend, or listen to an Arizona State University athletics event annually. Arizona State University is in Phoenix, Arizona, the fifth-largest metropolitan area in the United States. His most recent appointment followed 13 years with the MLB franchise, the Arizona Diamondbacks, as Vice President of Special Projects & Fan Experience. Rossini's executive role focused heavily on capital projects, revenue generation, and baseball development. Some highlights of his tenure include the construction of a 140-acre player development facility in Scottsdale, Arizona; the design and planning of a Latin America player development and education facility in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic; the elevation of a fan experience that was covered heavily covered by ESPN and prominent US publications such as Sports Illustrated, Forbes and USA Today; and the club's successful efforts to host the MLB All-Star Game, World Baseball Classic, and international competition in Sydney, Australia as well as several cities in Mexico. Throughout his career at the Arizona Diamondbacks (MLB) and his alma mater, Arizona State University, Rossini has led capital projects, revenue-generating departments, strategic planning, and key international branding projects successfully. Through these dynamic responsibilities, he is also well-experienced at working closely with ownership, executives, league officials, coaches, professional athletes, student-athletes, and agents. Rossini earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and his MBA with an Area of Emphasis (Leadership) from Arizona State University's prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business. A passionate community supporter and advocate, Rossini has served on several boards of directors of non-profit and community organisations throughout Arizona. Rossini resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, Alison, their son, Rhett, and daughter, Sofia. He joined City's board in February 2023 alongside close associate Harvey Jabara.

Harvey Jabara serves as Managing Member of Olive Management, L.L.C., based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Olive Management is an investment consulting firm that assists family investment offices facilitate a comprehensive range of asset management activities. As Managing Member, Jabara provides guidance related to investment allocation and portfolio management. A Certified Public Accountant, Harvey Jabara began his career in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young & Company). He served as a staff auditor in the Entrepreneurial Services Group (ESG) division of EY to development stage and rapid growth companies in various industries. Jabara holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University where he graduated in 1988. In 2005, the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State granted him the Distinguished Achievement Award and in 2022 the Carey School inducted Jabara into the college's Hall of Fame. In April 2009, Jabara and his wife, Missy, and their two sons became a minority owner of the San Diego Padres, a Major League Baseball Club. In June 2021, Harvey and his family became shareholders of Lincoln City Football Club, a member of English Football League One. Jabara has served as a member of the Arizona State University College of Business Dean's Council, as well as the Phoenix, Arizona-based Helping Hands for the Homeless Advisory Board. For ten years, he served on the Board of Trustees of Newman University, a private four-year Catholic institution located in Wichita, Kansas and is a former Chairman of the Board at Newman. Jabara served on the Steering Committee of the Wichita Prayer Breakfast Fellowship and as a member of the St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral Endowment Foundation Board. Previously, he also served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Wichita, Inc. In addition to his investment management responsibilities for Olive Management, Jabara serves as a board member for the Harvey and Missy Jabara Family Foundation, founded in 1999 by Harvey and his wife, Missy. For over twenty years, he served as a trustee of the Fran Jabara Family Foundation, Inc. From 1991-2006, Jabara was a principal in VE2NTUREKIDS, founded by Fran Jabara, a programme designed to teach elementary-school aged minority students the concept of entrepreneurship and the value of education. A native of Wichita, Kansas, Harvey Jabara and his wife Missy are the parents of two sons, Jaxon (25) and Jensen (23), are members of St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral and reside in the greater Phoenix area.

Liam Scully brings more than 20 years of experience in football and community engagement, having risen through the ranks from an apprenticeship to become the chief executive of Lincoln City. He joined the Imps in the summer of 2017, coinciding with the club's return to the EFL, and has since played a pivotal role in the club's continued growth, including a promotion to League One and an appearance in the 2020-21 play-off final. As chief executive, Liam oversees the club's day-to-day operations on behalf of directors and investors. He leads a senior management team of four and supports a workforce of around 150 employees. Before his tenure at Lincoln City, Liam spent 16 years at Doncaster Rovers and the wider Club Doncaster group. Starting as a PFA-funded apprentice, he progressed through various roles, including Foundation chief executive and chief operating officer of the Club Doncaster Group. His journey was recognised in 2007 when he was inducted into the National Apprenticeship Hall of Fame, celebrating his achievements in enterprise and business through an apprenticeship pathway. Liam's dedication extends beyond Lincoln City, as he holds numerous voluntary roles, including the elected League One director on the EFL board, chair of EFL In The Community, chair of the City of Lincoln Place Board and trustee of the Lincoln City Foundation. He also is an ambassador for the Asian Sports Foundation and the XP Free School Trust. His professional achievements are underpinned with qualifications, including a postgraduate certificate in strategic leadership from the University of Chester, a diploma in leadership and management (ILM), and completion of the prestigious Kennedy Senior Leaders training programme.
