Choices was established in 1995 with goal of offering the best care for young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Working in partnership with the young people, their families and placing authorities to build a caring, therapeutic, stable environment providing confidence for them follow independent living... Choices, established over 25 years ago, successfully aids challenged youth in transitioning to independent living, whether returning to their families or integrating into the community. Our commitment involves a nurturing and therapeutic approach, collaborating with authorities, health services, and experts to ensure positive outcomes... Our residential care accommodates short, medium, or long-term stays, including emergency placements during assessment waits. Our childcare teams, employ a PACE therapeutic approach, supported by our psychologist. Individual care plans are crafted for each youth, addressing the challenges they encounter in daily life.
