Rose Hill Nursery is one of the biggest and well known nurseries in the United States Of America. The Rose Hill Nurseries was founded by the proprietor Henry A. Siebrecht in 1867. It began with 68 greenhouses devoted to plants and cut flowers of every variety. The outdoor acreage was filled with ornamentals, shrubs, trees and vines. During the depression several acres were sold however Rose Hill Nurseries remains today at 975 Webster Avenue in New Rochelle. Rose Hill is a 3rd generation family business now owned and operated by Henry J. Camardella.
