Mentoring is an approach to supporting and developing staff members where one colleague uses their skills and knowledge to support the development of another... The training is designed to be used by people who are already established in the social care sector, equipping them with knowledge, skills and insight to effectively train new staff joining their organisations, or offer support to colleagues taking on new roles.
