The main force behind Raymond's decision to open his firm, Aida has led the business and administrative functions of the company since the start. She has done it all and continues to be a key person in the day to day operations of the company.
Alexander was born and raised in Miami and graduated from the University of Miami in 2008, with a bachelor of science in Architectural Engineering.
He has 13 years of experience in various architecture firms, from Broward to the Florida Keys, with an emphasis on the design-build process and high-end residential projects.
His design-build work experience gives him insight into the construction process and all the challenges that can arise beyond the design phase. His degree gives him a broad understanding of the complete design process and the more technical parts of a set of drawings.
With over 30 years' experience and having worked alongside Raymond since he first opened the doors in 1986, Carlos' knowledge of construction and design is an indispensable contribution. He graduated with an Associate in Arts degree from Miami-Dade Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Florida International University. He has been involved in multiple projects that vary in size and disciplines, mainly in high-end residential projects. He has a keen understanding of technical and drawing details combined with a great attention to design and creative expertise and construction knowledge, which gives him the ability to understand and manage our client's projects from the beginning stages of conceptual design to a final construction documents, and thru the construction phase.
Derick has 15 years of project experience and has specialized in project management for the past five years. He graduated with an Associate in Arts degree from Santa Fe College and completed a Bachelors of Design degree at the University of Florida in 2007, majoring in Architecture. He has been involved in multiple projects that vary in size and disciplines from institutional, commercial, mixed-use, and high-end residential. He has a keen eye for detailed technical drawings combined with creative expertise, which gives him the ability to understand and manage our clients' projects from concept to final construction documents.
Israel graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Construction Management. In addition to working with Pacheco Architecture, Israel is currently an architecture professor at the University of Miami.

Since joining our team in 2012, Julio has played an essential role in many high-profile projects. Continuing to serve as the Director of Architecture, he oversees the implementation of all of the firm's design process, drawing production, and coordination with consultants.
A native Miamian, Julio received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and his Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University. Prior to joining Pacheco Architecture, Julio's 21-year professional career included several distinguished residential firms.
Julio is an exceptional architect with a rare balance of skills. His passion and creativity are beautifully balanced with his professionalism, good judgment, and measured approach, making him an integral part of our firm's success.

Born and raised in Miami, Michelle joined our team 14 years ago. Beginning her career in our administrative department, she is an integral part in our day-to-day operations. Throughout the years, Michelle's role encompasses HR services, client contracts, accounting services and everything in between.
Michelle is currently working on her BA in Business Administration and HR degrees from the University of Phoenix. She is set to graduate next year. Keep working!
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Miller graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic with a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture and licensed to practice where he originally began his career over 20 years ago.
Miller joined our team in 2014 and since then he has taken various roles and responsibilities within the firm. His expertise in Mixed Use, Retail, Commercial, Parking Garages, Institutional, Educational facilities and Multi & Single-Family Housing serves as an invaluable asset. Prior to joining Pacheco Architecture, his professional career included several distinguished Architecture firms where he gathered experience in the construction industry with a broad range of projects including construction management and ADA compliance.
With over 30 years experience, Norberto has a keen eye for sophisticated design and an acute knowledge of architectural history and its integral role in the profession. Norberto has a Master's degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Florida.

Raymond Pacheco is a renowned Architect with over 40 years of experience. He is an award-winning member of the American Institute of Architects. Pacheco received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Florida in 1968 and became a Florida State Registered Architect in 1974 (AR 00006412).
A.I.A, NCARB. Becky joined the team in 2008 after switching careers and pursuing her family's legacy in architecture. She is a registered Architect in the State of Florida. Her educational experience includes a Masters in Architecture from Florida International University in 2008 and a Bachelors of Accounting from Florida International University in 1996. She has worked on projects of all scopes, budgets and styles including residential and commercial remodels and new constructions ranging from 4,000 to 22,000 square feet in cities throughout South Florida. Her design vision consists of maximizing light, views and spaces with a keen attention to detail and functionality. She approaches each project as unique challenge and her greatest satisfaction comes from collaborating with the team to make our clients' dream project a reality (AR 101855).

Tomas is a Venezuelan artist who graduated in 2005 from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, where he worked on residential, healthcare, academic, hospitality, and tourism projects. Once in the U.S., he worked with renowned Architects to further hone his skills. Tomas has held a passion for the Arts since childhood and has studied painting, sculpture, ceramics, scale models, and digital art (Workshops of Maccsi - Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Caracas Sofia Imber). Tomas is dedicated to family values and using architecture as a medium of art and expression.
