I have ten years of experience designing, architecting and building web-based solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, often also using platforms such as SharePoint, Joomla and Domino. In recent years, I have worked with clients to both manage projects and to directly build and manage systems. As a firm believer that a successful business initiative depends on people, processes, and tools, I have often advised clients in all three areas-helping them to evaluate their needs and serving as the technical expert to ensure that they have the right technology set up in the right way, making sure that the people carrying the work forward have the right training, and crafting it all to fit the client's processes... Completed a platform review to help determine the best route forward for a global corporate intranet (available to 25,000 staff); brought in and project managed a team of consultants (from Slalom) using Scrum methodology to migrate the intranet from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint..
