Bug Wrightson, the owner of AT Development, is a highly experienced and successful outdoor practitioner and leader. Throughout his career as an Engineer Officer in the Royal Navy, leading in challenging operational circumstances both ashore and afloat, he has also been involved in Adventurous Training. For the final few years of his Naval service, he was responsible for policy and delivery of Adventurous Training for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, as well as management of 2 Joint Services' Adventurous Training Centres and the Naval Outdoor Centre in Germany... As well as freelance leadership of foreign expeditions, Bug offers a wide variety of activities including mountain leading, expedition training, campcraft, DofE Training and Assessing, mountain bike coaching, and leadership training.
