Dr. Veronica Robert Nyahende is a Director of Finance and Planning at the Muhimbli Orthopaedic Institute (MOI) in Tanzania, She is a graduate from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (ADA) - Tanzania. She is also a registered member to the NBAA as associate certified public accountant in Tanzania [ACPA (T) and holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Dar es salaam. She hold a PhD in Management (Financial Management) from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (Republic of China), she is also a certified member of the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IODT) at the Mastery level and hold a deep and long-term interest in Governance in Education & Health sector funding in Africa and Tanzania in Particular. Dr. Veronica also saved various Committees of the Board including that of the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) and the Ardhi University. Her imprint of experience includes that in Telecommunications, Financial Management, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Government, Human Resources, Administration, Planning and Research marked from her stint with both private and Government sector, in enhancing financing of higher education Dr. Veronica has published a lot on issues of higher education financing.

Mr. Frank S. Wilson is an experienced banker with a multi-discipline background for more than 10 years and experience in banking and business leadership especially credit management. He is the Head of Credit under secondment from CRDB Bank PLC. He has also attended a good number of workshops and training during his career in line with profession requirements.
He is a holder of Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness.
Mr. Godfrey Joel Ng'urah is the General Manager of the Bank under Secondment from CRDB Bank PLC. He has been in the Banking industry for over 17 years. He is a certified Professional Banker and transformational leader with demonstrated track records to deliver on digital change management, people and process transformation, business, and customer relationship management.
EDUCATION
Mr. Godfrey holds master's in business administration and a Certified Value Chain Financing and SAP Enterprises System Fundamentals.
Mr. Hemed Nassor is an experienced ICT practitioner with a multi-discipline background for more than 5 years experience in ICT. He has vast experience in banking systems varying from ATM Switch and Card Management system, Payment Systems as well as digital Channels. He has also worked in Cyber Security. He is the Head of ICT under secondment from CRDB Bank PLC. He has also attended a good number of workshops and training during his career for the governance and management of enterprise information and technology in line with profession requirements.
He is a holder of bachelor's degree in information systems and network Engineering. Mr. Hemed is ITIL certified for IT Service Management.

Prof Faustine Karrani Bee has been a Professor in Development Studies at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) since August 2022. From March 2019 to July 2022, Prof Bee served as Professor in Development Studies and also as Vice Chancellor at the University of Dodoma (UDOM). Before his appointment at UDOM, he was the Vice-Chancellor at the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), where he was also a Professor in Development Economics.
Prof. Bee was first employed as a Tutor by the then Co-operative College Moshi in 1988 and became a lecturer in 1993. In 2004 the Co-operative College Moshi was transformed into the Moshi University College of Co-operative and Business Studies (MUCCoBS), a Constituent University College of the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), where Professor Bee rose through the academic ranks to the position of a Professor. Between 2007 and 2010 Prof Bee was appointed to the position of Deputy Principal (Academics) and later Principal at MUCCoBS, which was later transformed into MoCU in 2014.
Prof. Bee holds a Doctorate and a master's degree in development studies, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Developing Economies in Tokyo, Japan between 1995 and 1996 and has published widely in his field.
Prof. Bee represents the CRDB Bank Board on the KCBL Board, where CRDB has a strategic interest.
Prof. Bee served on the Board of CRDB Bank from 2018 to 2021 and was re-elected for a second term (2021 - 2024).
He is a member of the CRDB Bank Credit Committee and the Governance, Nomination, and Human Resource Committee.

Biography
He is a Senior Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), where he teaches courses on rural development. He also serves as the Director - Institute of Continuing Co-operative Education at MoCU. Dr. Machimu has worked on several consulting assignments and community services.
Education
Holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Rural Development (Dec. 2012 to Nov. 2016); a Master Degree in Rural Development (2005 to 2007) from Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania; a Postgraduate Diploma in Poverty Analysis (May 2010 to June 2011) from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands; and a Bachelor of Philosophy (2000 to 2004) from the Pontifical Urbaniana University in Rome, Italy. Contract farming, rural development, gender, and cooperative governance are among his areas of expertise.
