After running an award winning Yorkshire restaurant for the past 13 years the covid pandemic allowed us time to evaluate the business and what is important to us. The message was clear, to champion the best produce available. Whether this is the main ingredient on the plate or the vinegars used to make a salad dressing, the caviars used to finish a dish, or the chocolate used in a dessert, they are all equally important and they all need tp be of the highest quaity.
