The need of forming an association of property consultants of chandigarh, mohali, panchkula was felt by some senior / reputed property consultants of chandigarh about 32 years back and a group of property consultats started the formalities to be completed for getting the association registered and Sh. K.d. Sharma was elected the first/ founder president of the association. Since then this process is going on and today we have strength of around 200 members registered with the body and all having proper establishments and standing in the market. The elections of the association are held every year and the members of the association participate in it with very high spirit.
