MOVEERO - Key Persons
David Geraghty joins moveero from Yokohama Off Highway Tires America, where he was President, responsible for Aftermarket and OE operations.
David has over 25 years of experience, working in various senior roles with multi-national, multi-billion-dollar organisations, with experience in leadership, strategy development, operations, global sales and market development, and global transformation programs.
David has previously worked across a number of industry sectors including heavy truck, mining, construction and agricultural equipment, aftermarket parts and service, primarily in the diesel engine and tire spaces.
With an MBA in Strategy, Marketing and Operations, David will be based at moveero's global headquarters in Armstrong, Iowa
Joining moveero in 1994 John has spent over half his career working outside his home country in locations in Denmark, the UK, Germany and China. Focusing on Business Development throughout the 1990's; Global Strategic Key Account management in the 2000's, he has since 2013 headed the global Engineering and Product Management developments of moveero.

Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and unique experience to the role. He joined the finance team in our Telford plant in 2002, gained international experience supporting each of our overseas plants whilst working for the group Finance Director, and most recently held senior finance roles in our Armstrong USA and Telford UK facilities.

Michael Groebner joins moveero as an interim COO. Michael brings with him over 20 years of experience in various senior roles at Turck Group globally, such as COO & CTO and most recently as the US Chief Process & Innovation Officer.
Michael, was born in Germany where he completed his studies and began his professional career in the US. He has worked in a range of industries globally, including consulting, material handling, manufacturing and automatization.

Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, a 6 Sigma Black belt, and graduated from GKN Plc SCIL (Site Continuous Improvement Leader) and MCIL (Management Continuous Improvement Leader) programs.
He has held various roles in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Plant Management, and Quality Management. Mike has led the business through many CI activities through the Armstrong business units over the years.
Mike has held Senior Director Positions with many years' experience in the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial Gas Turbine manufacturing in engineering environments.
He has the proven ability to work and communicate with people at all levels with proven people management skills and the ability to motivate, guide and manage the performance of teams to achieve success.
Mike has extensive experience working in PE environments, PLC and SME and adapts to complex strategies and delivers value creation.
Mike is also an elected member of the CBI Manufacturing Council and an Ambassador for the STEM program.
Joining moveero in 2018 as Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, Rich has spent his career working in various senior roles including IT operations specialist, and systems manager, working with complex IT systems, in the fast-paced automotive industry. He has extensive international experience, in particular working with Japanese organisation and qualified at Warwick University.
Rich joined moveero from Synnex Corporation, a leading IT distributor and solutions aggregator for IT ecosystems, where he was Systems Engineer Analyst.
