After more than 4 generations, our Spanish family decided in 2003 to establish the root company Olivares Campo de Jódar S.L., under which we harvest our own olive groves. In the times of the Iberians - in pre Roman times, (6th century BC ) - the area known as Kaltur was located in the town of Jódar (in today's Sierra Mágina natural park in Jaén province, Andalucia, Spain)... In 2011 Olivares Campo de Jodar S.L., under the brand Kaltur and relying on an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) production made by the co-op to which we belong, decided to undertake a new project of olive oils distribution. Through Kaltur Food Ltd, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we import & distribute as a wholesale our own family EVOO alongside many other carefully selected Spanish high quality foods & wines around the North East, Cumbria and Scotland... At Kaltur Restaurant we offer EXTERNAL CATERING or either our downstairs room at Dean Street or our full HighBridge restaurant for large groups.
