AspireWest is the new name for SW Social Housing. We are a community based provider of social housing with 2,715 homes across Somerset. We provide safe, warm and affordable homes of a decent standard for people who are homeless or in housing need... Criminal gangs are exploiting young children, turning them into drug-runners. The result is drug addiction, misery, turf wars, knife-crime and homicide. AspireWest is at the forefront of partnership initiatives to combat the scourge of ‘county lines'... Working with local partners we lead initiatives on issues such as reducing poverty, increasing affordable access to hi-speed internet, tackling crime and anti-social behaviour and access to assistance with Universal Credit. We also work at national level with the National Housing Federation, lobbying government on social housing matters.
