Alex has been with Pantera for almost 20 years. Joining as a carpenter and progressing into a working supervisor role. Alex has continuously delivered on projects and is often requested by our clients to be the supervisor on their next project, as is evident from the repeat contracts awarded at St Mary Island, where Alex has been supervisors for over 7 continuous years, delivering to a high standard on time and in budget on complex scheme.
Bobby joined Pantera as an apprentice carpenter and quickly became an asset with an ability to lean and remember at an astonishing pace due to his photographic memory. This led to Bobby becoming a natural option for progression to a supervisor. He has excelled in this role on his first project, by regularly winning Pantera the award of subcontractor of the week.
Dave joined Pantera with extensive knowledge of managing projects from multiple sectors undertaken carpentry and joinery install for education, hospital, commercial and residential sector

Edvinas joined Pantera six years ago on a very challenging site delivering hundreds of units a week and quickly demonstrated great people skills. He is exceptionally skilled at delivering high quality volumes of work, supporting many sites such as Trent Park and Royal Exchange. Recently Edvinas worked at Prince of Wales Drive in the role of Project Manager successfully delivering it with a challenging programme and is now in command at Royal Eden Docks for Mount Anvil. Edvinas can step onto any site and drive it forward.

Jason joined Pantera after fourteen years in the Royal Marines and as part of Pantera's drive to support the Armed Forces he is the second manager from the forces and the most successful, learning a Project Management role for two years and soon moving on to leading projects in the near future. Jason's leadership skills and ability to organise is invaluable to the business. Jason is currently the supervisor at G7 for Canary Wharf Contractors training to become a Project Manager
John joined Pantera with some supervision experience and a carpentry trade background. John has continued to demonstrate an appetite to learn and progress as a project manager, developing on his communication, programming, commercial and procurement skills.
Pantera and I have the same core values. With a mission statement that I can relate to. Aiming to be the best in everything we do.
John joined Pantera in early 2017 as the Senior Estimator with many years of specialist carpentry and joinery experience. John has worked on all commercial sides of the industry having begun as a trainee for a PQS practice in central London, he then joined a national Main Contractor before moving into specialist carpentry & joinery sub-contracting where his role has developed from Quantity Surveyor to Estimator. During this time John has built up a wide range of experience in Residential, Commercial, Leisure & Government projects and has worked on Award winning residential schemes for Canary Wharf and Berkeley Homes along with public buildings such as the Natural History Museum and Royal Opera House
Kevin Ross - Chief Commercial Officer

Kevin is Commercial Director for Pantera, London. Having entered the construction industry over a decade earlier as a Quantity Surveyor working for a number of leading main contractors undertaking projects in healthcare, residential, rail, fit out and civils Kevin joined Pantera in 2017. With responsibility for the commercial function, Kevin has excellent industry experience and has also holds a Master's degree in Construction Law. Kevin believes that through holding ourselves accountable to high standards and by creating strong synergy with our supply chain Pantera are able to perform at the high levels we can be proud of.

Liam started his construction career training as carpentry apprentice. Liam joined Pantera Carpentry in 2004 first starting work as a price work carpenter. since joining Pantera in 2005 Liam has worked in numerous roles progressing to Director Level. Liams role in the business as Operations Director is overseeing our large supply and fit projects and helping with group strategy. Liam has trained in leadership, project management, and health and safety. Liam is also very passionate with training our apprentices and cadet training.
The reason I first joined Pantera was after speaking to some of their sub contractors Pantera had built a great reputation and I wanted to be part of that. Pantera have always provided opportunities and will carry on providing them to help develop and train the best Carpenters and managers in the industry I am proud to be part of something special.

Mat joined Pantera as a qualified carpenter in the early 2000's. Mat continued his education and achieved a 1st class degree as a QS. Mat's roll continued to grow and evolve with the business, becoming the Commercial Director, building the commercial and procurement department and systems to accommodate Pantera's needs. Mat has completed several management and leadership courses over the years, which has allowed him to progress again to Managing Director of Pantera South East, a division of the group delivering all projects outside of London, within the South East of England. Mat brings the skills and knowledge of delivering multi million pound carpentry projects to a simplified approach for his clients and staff.

Nicoli has been with Pantera for over 15 years. Providing consistent support as a reliable carpenter, finishing manager on some of Pantera largest project. Now pushing himself to learn more as a project supervisor. Nicoli continues to demonstrate an appetite to grow and improve in his knowledge and skillset.

Paul joined the Group in 2012 after a life long career in construction, civil engineering and housing both in the U.K. and overseas in Venezuela, Spain and Portugal. He started his career with John Laing plc, retired after 37 years, but only for 6 months before joining Ray O'Rourke at Laing O'Rourke to start and chair Explore Living, the Housebuilding company for the LOR Group.
After 8 years, Paul retired again before being approached by Pete Mills in 2012 to join Pantera Carpentry as Chairman. Paul's role initially was to add a few grey hairs and plc experience to a company who had clear aspirations and determination to grow into a leading specialist subcontractor and more in the construction and Housebuilding industry. He has worked closely with Pete to achieve this goal. We have made huge progress over the past decade with further exciting plans for the future.

Rob, a founder of the company, has always been passionate about construction and specifically carpentry and joinery. He left school at 16 to undertake his carpentry apprenticeship; whilst doing his apprenticeship with a small building firm he was involved in all stages of the building process, from marking out and shuttering the footings, to fitting the final handles, this gave him a wide understanding of construction.
Tommy has been with Pantera for many years as a carpenter and progressed to a Supervisor at Telford Homes sites. Tommy has been in supporting roles and is a valued member of the Pantera team he took the leading role delivering Wembley Parade for Anthology recently handing over hundreds of units in a short period of time. He's currently part of the team at Royal Exchange for St George.
