Evandro has more than 20 years of experience in Automotive industry, particularly in Quality Systems and Product Development for Tier 1 suppliers. He has been providing IMDS data collection and management services since 2002. Currently, Evandro conducts IMDS training in Portuguese and Spanish. He provides support services for ELV, RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals in both languages. At RSJ, Evandro's goal is to prospect new opportunities in Latin America, providing full support services for ELV, RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals as well as for customers specific requirements, substance legislations and hazardous substances review. Evandro Francischetti has a Bachelor of Mechanical Production Engineering from Methodist University of Piracicaba-Brazil. Additionally he completed post-graduation in Strategic Business Management at National Post-Graduation Institute and post-graduation in Automotive Development Components at Federal University of Santa Catarina - Brazil.

Heidi Wittenborn

Heidi has more than 25 years of experience in law firms and state regulatory agencies where she specialized in creating and implementing databases and managing data collection and quality control. Additionally, Heidi is an experienced environmental management systems (EMS) auditor who has audited manufacturing facilities, hospitals and military bases, as well as provided EMS implementation training to business leaders. Her legal and regulatory background makes her adept at interpreting government regulations and assessing systems for conformance to standards. At RSJ Heidi's goal is to provide the most appropriate solution for each client whether that is turn-key data and compliance management services or helping clients build their own internal competence and resources to manage compliance on their own. She provides full support services for ELV, RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals as well as crafting processes to respond to customized compliance requests from a company's customers. Heidi also conducts training in IMDS, CDX and Conflict Minerals data collection for companies who wish to do their own work and, along with Michael Wurzman and Harvey Stone, is the author of International Material Data System (IMDS) - a Thorough Guide to Data Collection, Entry and Quality Review. Since 2013 she has been a featured speaker on data quality review at the Automotive Industry Action Group's (AIAG) IMDS & Product Chemical Compliance Conference. Heidi has a Masters of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A & M University. Additionally she completed post-graduate training as a paralegal at Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University).

Michael Wurzman - Founder, President

Michael Wurzman is a leading expert in environmental compliance for manufactured products. He has specialized in the reporting of materials substance data, beginning with the ELV directive for automobiles and expanding to include RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals and the entire global "alphabet soup" of product substance regulations that continues to evolve. Mike is active with numerous industry organizations involved with setting standards, workforce training, and promoting professionalism in environmental data collection and reporting. He is a materials consultant to the IMDS help desk for North America; active in the AIAG committees for IMDS, REACH, greenhouse gas and conflict minerals; and a frequent presenter at AIAG Chemical Reporting and IMDS Summits and Greenhouse Gas Symposiums. Mike is currently involved in a global effort to simplify and improve the reporting process through supplier education, data format standardization and the development of simplified tools and processes. Michael Wurzman holds a BSE engineering degree from Purdue and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University. Prior to becoming involved in the field of environmental compliance, he served as a sales and applications engineer in both the electronics and semiconductor industries.
