As a not-for-profit corporation, ETWDC seeks to develop affordable housing units for both homeownership and rental. ETWDC will partner with local governments, faith-based organizations, banks, and other entities to secure land, funding, and other resources to advance its mission... East to West Development Corporation strives to be a leader in providing quality affordable housing in the most challenging markets, while also aiming to create a foundation for a new beginning for individuals that face employment barriers.
