Former CEO of Bechtel. Previously served as the President of the Oil, Gas & Chemicals business unit and held various other management roles at Bechtel. Currently serves on the boards of Artera and Brand Industrial Services and as a Trustee of Inova Health.

Dale has more than 34 years of experience in the utility construction industry. He began his career as a laborer and rose through the ranks to become President and COO of MRM Network of Companies and later SVP for Quanta Services. Dale joined Miller Pipeline in 2009 as an EVP and became president and COO in June 2020. Dale has completed several prestigious leadership programs with MRM, Marquette University and Harvard's School of Key Executives. Dale was appointed to his current role as president of Artera's Gas Distribution Division in January 2022.

More than 30 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Audit with multi-billion-dollar and multi-national companies. Previously served as interim executive vice president at BrandSafway (a CD&R portfolio company) and in various roles with HD Supply Holdings since 2007. Currently serves on the boards of Artera and Wash.
Former president and CEO of PG&E Corporation. With more than three decades of experience in the energy industry, Williams began her career at Florida Power & Light Company in 1983 where she held a variety of positions in customer service, marketing, external affairs and electric operations. Currently she serves on the boards of Artera, Osmose Utility Services, Inc., and Siemens Energy, Inc.
Harrison Anthony - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

With 15 years of legal experience, Harrison joined Artera Services in December 2019 and continued supporting the business, recently appointed as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in October 2024.
Harrison has deep knowledge of the company and strong relationships with the operating businesses to lead a highly effective legal function. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Law from Duke University School of Law.
Harrison is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Joel brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience to his role driving the strategic vision for Artera and identifying ways to increase value for our people, customers, and shareholders.
Before joining the Artera team in November 2022, Joel was the CEO of Dayco and a member of the company's Board of Managers. Previously, he spent 18 years with BorgWarner and Dana in leadership positions with increasing responsibility, including roles in Mexico and China. His extensive automotive industry experience spans aftermarket, engine, drivetrain, and electrification products.
Joel earned a bachelor's degree from Wheaton (Ill.) College, a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Bowling Green State University.
Joel will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Joined CD&R in 2013 after a 29-year career at GE. He currently serves as chairman or lead director for Artera, Brand Industrial Services, Cornerstone Building Brands, and Wilsonart, as is a director of Devon Energy. He previously served as chairman of CHC Group and ServiceMaster. Former Vice Chairman of GE and President & CEO of GE Energy.
Mr. Kirchner joined CD&R in 2016 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities. He has played a key role in the Firm's investments in Brand Industrial Services, Cornerstone Building Brands, and Multi-Color Corporation. Prior to joining CD&R, he worked in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Kirchner has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in economics from Colgate University.

Kyle Ormsby serves as President of the South Gas Division at Artera, overseeing Southeast Connections, Versiv Solutions, Hydro-X, and Hydro-X II. Kyle has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry, spending 16 years with a major utility provider and then previously as the President of Southeast Connections. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
Former CFO of Goodyear Tire & Rubber. She began her career at Goodyear in 1983 and served as director of investor relations and VP of finance for Goodyear North America prior to her role as CFO. Currently serves on the boards of Artera, Parker Hannifin and WESCO.

Serves as a director of Artera and is also on the boards of L3Harris Technologies (f/k/a Harris Corporation) and Anthem. Former Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute and the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, and former director of Capital One Financial Corporation.
Current Chief People Officer of BrandSafway (a CD&R portfolio company) since July 2019. Previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Keurig Green Mountain (Keurig) from 2017 to 2019 and as the Chief People Officer of HD Supply from 2007 to 2017. Currently serves on the boards of Artera and Core & Main (a CD&R portfolio company).
With over three decades of financial leadership, Matt joined Artera Services in October 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.
Before joining Artera, Matt previously held leadership roles at Tosca Services, Fortna, Summit Midstream, Hiland Partners, and Wachovia Securities, where he led successful finance transformations and M&A activity.
Matt holds an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Previously involved with CD&R's investments in Atkore, Brakes, CHC, Culligan, Graphic Packaging, Hertz, HD Supply, Hussmann, Jafra, Roofing Supply Group and US Foods. Previously worked at Goldman Sachs.
Scott Stieber - Chief Commercial Officer
Scott's career began at GE where he held various roles across engineering, commercial operations, and sales for utility customers in the Power Generation industry. After 12 years at GE, he joined Volt Power, an Artera (then PowerTeam Services) Company, as the Commercial Leader.
In April 2020, he was named VP of Commercial Operations and Corporate Strategy for Artera and appointed to Chief Commercial Officer in 2022. Scott received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
Scott is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Scott brings over 30 years of transformative and global human resources experience, driving a dynamic and inclusive culture that aligns with company values and business objectives. Before joining the Artera team in September 2024, Scott previously held leadership roles at Lumen Technologies, The Shaw Group, and Honeywell, where he led significant initiatives in talent acquisition, employee development, business integration, and culture shaping.
Scott graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's in international relations and affairs and a master's in human resources.

Sean has over 30 years of experience in design and construction and oversees all operations of the North Gas Division at Artera as President. Sean started the DDS Companies in 2001 and assumed his current role in 2023. Sean is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Pennsylvania and holds a dual degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
Former CEO and Chairman of Southern Gas Association, former President & CEO of SourceGas Holdings and former President of TECO Peoples Gas Companies. Previously served on boards of the American Gas Association and the Southern Gas Association ("SGA") for many years and was Chairman of SGA in 2009. Currently on the board of Artera.
