Most Podiatry practices purchase DME from multiple sources and either we, as the owner or an office manager, or someone in our family whom we trust negotiates & manages pricing & terms. We establish relationships with the sales reps and we think we are getting the best deal possible. Maybe we even try that "new" company with the really low price only to realize the product was a cheap knockoff.
