With funding by the New Jersey Department of Health, the iPHD is operated by Rutgers Center for State Health Policy under the direction of a 10-member Governing Board... The iPHD aims to improve the health, safety, security, and well-being of New Jersey residents, as well as the efficiency of state government, by securely linking administrative datasets to support approved research projects.
