The Ownership of Learning Foundation helps you discover how to promote a sense of ownership in learning at your school. Using a unique board game, you can discuss with all stakeholders at the school about the meaning of ownership of learning. Students, teachers, parents, schoolleaders, and support staff can talk to each other about daily educational practices. You will gain insight into what kind of school you are from various themes such as control over learning, coaching, and distributed leadership. Then you can think about the future. What is the exact intention of the school? What mission statement do you have and which educational concepts will do the trick? In short, what is needed to experience more ownership in the school or institution among students and colleagues?
