Aaron Wright is Keystone Engineering's inaugural General Manager for the Port Arthur office, where he has built a team of highly skilled engineers and designers focused on sustainable growth and providing engineering solutions in the Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pulp/Paper, and Renewables industries for the Midstream and Downstream markets. Aaron uses his industry knowledge to provide leadership and direction to a continuously growing team.
With over 27 years of leadership experience and project management, Aaron has worked with many high-profile clients including BASF, Chevron Phillips, Dow, ExxonMobil, Motiva, TotalEnergies, Valero, and Westlake.
Adam Rogge serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Keystone Engineering, where he provides corporate guidance and direction to all of Keystone's offices and affiliates. Adam began his career at Keystone in 1998 as a Mechanical Engineer supporting offshore projects. Over the next 10 years, Adam obtained his Master's Degree in Management from the University of New Orleans, achieved his Professional Engineering license, and worked many projects in roles ranging from Mechanical Engineer to Project Manager. In 2007, Adam was selected to be the General Manager of the new Mandeville, LA office. With the help of his team, the Mandeville office grew quickly, working for clients like ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Marathon Oil. In 2014, Adam was elected as COO and in 2021 he was promoted to his current role as CEO. He has been an owner in the company since 2007 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2011. In addition to his Corporate responsibilities, Adam also leads Keystone's fundraising efforts for United Way and currently sits on the United Way of Southeast Louisiana Leadership Council for St. Tammany Parish.

Andrew Boatman serves as General Manager of the Houston office, where he leads an accomplished team of skilled engineers and designers. Andrew is a licensed professional Electrical Engineer with over 15years of experience in domestic and international offshore and onshore, oil and gas production, processing, and transportation facilities. Andrew's level of technical knowledge and experience, along with his strong leadership skills, gives him the ability to proactively lead the team to produce a quality product for our clients.
Andrew's career success has allowed him to build relationships with many notable clients including Enterprise Products, ConocoPhillips, Delek, and Kinder Morgan.

Barry Reed was the Chief Executive Officer for Keystone from 2014 to 2020 where he developed the company from a staff of 40 employees to over 300. In his current role as Business Development Director, Barry leads a team of dedicated Business Development Managers while also utilizing his 40+ years of project and client experience to strengthen current client relationships and develop new business.

As General Manager of VeraPro, Casey Weber leads a team of more than 40 technicians to support the IT needs of clients of all sizes. Casey's knowledge of support tools, resource management and vendor management allow VeraPro to provide excellent support to customers in a variety of markets including Oil and Gas, K-12, SMB and Local Government.
With 18 years of experience, Casey has served and managed engineering and IT projects for numerous organizations including Shell, Entergy, Motiva, Ascension Parish Public Schools and Dow.

As Client Manager for the Metairie office, David Brubaker is responsible for the growth and performance of a diverse portfolio of clients from the upstream, midstream, refining and petrochemical, and other energy sectors.

In his 30 years of experience, Richard has served as project manager on several projects for high-profile clients including ConocoPhillips, Chevron, and Delek Refining.

Robert has over 15 years of experience as a project manager and licensed mechanical engineer in multi-discipline upstream, midstream, downstream, and marine projects. He is skilled in managing multidiscipline large capital projects for various clients and consistently delivers quality products within budget and on schedule. Robert has a variety of project experience as a mechanical engineer including piping stress analysis, hydraulic analysis, and pump and equipment specifications and procurement.

Wesley joined Keystone in 2007 and was part of the team that piloted the company from a staff of 40 employees to more than 300 people today.
