Alison is the longest serving member of the Sales and Lettings Administration team, working at SJ Property Services since 2001. With professional qualifications and a background in Human Resources, Alison has strong organisational skills and an eye for detail and plays a key role in supporting the team.
Anne opened Stretton Joinery Construction, alongside Stan in 1975, as Company Secretary. With a history of working in Customer Service, Anne opened Stretton Joinery's DIY store, alongside the Halifax Building Society Agency until its closure in 2000. Anne continued to work in the office of S J Property Service, bringing with her a wealth of Customer Service and local knowledge.

New to the team, Daniella is keen to learn and use her 11 years experience in customer service to provide a strong support to the team. Daniella was born and raised in Burton on Trent so has great knowledge of the local area. She has an eye for detail and a love for photography in which she studied at Burton College
Helen has worked at S J Property Services since it was formed in 1994. Helen holds professional qualifications with the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agency), ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers). Helen has lived in Stretton all her life and has strong local knowledge enabling to provide accurate sales and lettings valuations.
Julie has worked at S J Property Services since 2004 after working as a graduate in customer services with Sainsbury's. Julie holds professional qualifications with the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agency), ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) and can carry out an EPC as a qualified Domestic Energy Performance Assessor for both sales and lettings. Julie was born in Burton and has resided in Repton since 2004 and has an excellent local knowledge aiding accurate sales and lettings valuations.

Rachael joined the team at SJ in January 2018 as a Sales and Lettings Assistant. She was born and raised in Burton on Trent and has lived in Stretton for the past 13 years, so has good local knowledge. With 22 years working in PA and Customer Service roles she brings strong communication, organisational and administrative skills to the business.
Stan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in relation to Building, Design and Construction. He opened Stretton Joinery and Construction in 1975 and was a time served apprentice in Carpentry and Joinery, supported by a City and Guilds Qualification. With over 30 years experience as a NHBC Inspector, Stan regularly advises vendors and purchasers regarding many aspects of property development, improvements and maintenance.
