In total, the practices provide primary care services to over 52,000 patients which represents around one third of the Knowsley population... Primary Care Knowsley is a GP federation, working with NHS general practices and partner organisations within Knowsley to deliver enhanced and sustainable integrated healthcare services to benefit the patients we cover, and improve working practices for our staff. Primary Care Knowsley comprises five GP practices, all of which are individual legal entities providing care to distinct patient populations... To work, our model needs our practices to consolidate resources, work together to common operating processes and triaging and seeing one another's patients.
