The Organization of Social Studies Teachers in the Philippines, Inc. (OSSTP) is a non-profit, non-stock corporation comprised of Social Studies Educators throughout the Philippines... OSSTP was formed as an offshoot of a conference organized by the Social studies Education (EDSSE) Area of the UP College of Education on April 17, 2015. This conference was aimed to gather together Social Studies teachers from public and private elementary and secondary schools and provide a venue for professional development where ideas, practices, and present developments in Social Studies teaching and learning are shared.
