Students in a PRU environment can be challenging, but we can provide fully trained and experienced staff... Working with students that have behavioural problems can cause extreme stress to other students and teachers, thats why we at Education 1st pride ourself on providing experienced and skilled behavioural support workers... Alongside the many educational staff we provide across West Yorkshire, we also provide teaching assistants. TA's can be vital support in the classroom for teachers, whether its helping around the classroom, helping a student or doing additional work to ease the load.
