We bought The House in 2013. It was sold to us on the basis that it really needed to be knocked down and rebuilt with something more fit for purpose. For example: with walls not just made of wood, with insulation that - well - insultated, with working central heating, with less dodgy electrics, with fewer rodents, with enough room to swing a cat (might have helped with the previous issue)…... Welcome! Space (to build): the final foundations. These are the stories of The House. Its five-year six-year continuing mission: to explore difficult-to-obtain planning permission. To seek out demolition and new damp proof courses. To boldly get built where only one House has gone before! We'll be capturing build progress and events - warts and all.
