Ocres de France, created in 1901, is the last company that operates and transforms ocher ore into pure ocher in its factory in Apt. Family business over 4 generations, it perpetuates the ocher industry thanks to its quarry, located in Gargas, the last in activity in Europe. We market around a hundred pigments as well as ready-to-use natural colored products (lime paints, lime coatings, flour paint kits, colored plasters), admixtures, fillers, binders, tools but also a fine arts and a bookstore sections...
