I provide 1-1 leadership coaching and management development programmes designed to help managers and leaders work through difficult work situations such as performance management, restructure or leading through a pandemic! Building on their strengths, with me, they get out of their comfort zones and develop new approaches for the every day, and the extraordinary, work challenges... My clients finish my programmes feeling energised, resilient and focused, with a fully kitted out, high-spec tool box!... With twenty years of work experience, I know what it's like to lead a diverse team, to manage team members at a distance and, as a former fundraising events manager, to deliver on ambitious targets in a competitive environment. I also know how it feels to land in a role where you don't think you'll thrive, to lead a team through a restructure and to return to work after maternity leave. All of which helps me truly understand many of my clients' experiences.
