That's what we will do for you so you can focus on getting well. We have an agreement that explains clearly that we charge no fee unless a recovery is obtained. We make it clear what fees we charge for the benefits we obtain. We are happy to discuss and answer any questions you may have with regard to our agreement. You will be given a copy of it once signed by you and your attorney. When you retain us, you also sign a "notice of representation" form. We will forward that to the appropriate authorities and immediately request a copy of your claim file.
