Dilpreet is a seasoned professional and possesses extensive experience in planning, organising and running Business Research operations. She began her career with a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence in 2007 after completing her Masters in Finance & Marketing. Before Groundwork Intel she was with Korn Ferry where she spearheaded the business research operations across the globe for over a decade. At Groundwork Intel, she manages all aspects of the company's operations, from delivery to strategy formulation and execution. She works closely with clients to understand business needs and provide high level project management and quality control assurance.

Puja entered the corporate world in 2006 with a global service provider offering research, analytics and data management services. In her last stint as the Research Leader at Korn Ferry, she built a team that produced industry leading research and insights to differentiate the firm in the market place and provide value to its clients. At Groundwork Intel, she is responsible for all operational activities as well as initiating and orchestrating the company's strategic initiatives. She holds a PGDM degree in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Masters in Economics from University of Calcutta.
