Two entrepreneurs founded Aerotek in 1983 to support the growing talent needs in the aerospace and defense industry, with a focus on contract engineering . Through strategic investments, the business quickly expanded into other industries and specialisations, including lab and clinical. Specialised solutions were added with the integration of EASi engineering services, bringing with it decades of award-winning expertise.
