I have been a software engineer in the bioinformatics space for nearly 10 years. I am especially interested in the deployment strategies relating to machine learning and data science, mostly because deployment is an evil that must be conquered! I truly believe that you do not need to be a software engineer to solve interesting problems, even when those problems involve code and configuration files... When I am not working I am usually hanging out with my family, preferably at the beach... Automation Solutions for Bioinformatics on AWS including Cluster setup, workflow development, and infrastructure for real-time data visualization of large datasets.
