We have made a major contribution the the regeneration of East Greenwich with schemes that include flats above a new Tesco Express, various other retail projects, a restaurant, a children's day nursery, and dentist. The varied workload includes a number of live work schemes, industrial warehousing, work on nursing homes as well as a new school library... Russell Associates work extensively in the London Borough of Greenwich, where we have built over 400 projects, plus substantial work in all the South East London boroughs, in East London, and Kent... An early opportunity for the practice was the complete refurbishment of the Grade 2 Listed Mitre public house and hotel in Greenwich Town Centre, following which Russell Associates carried out a number of projects on pubs, restaurants, and a theatre in Greenwich and Central London. We continue to have a substantial amount of work in this field and have been involved in many projects, including work on the famous Trafalgar Tavern..
