Dr. Shalin Parikh has joined Celsus Group as Chief Medical Officer, bringing over 12 years of primary care experience. A Kings College London graduate, Dr. Parikh has held leadership roles and offers valuable clinical expertise. In his new role, he will ensure the quality of clinical services, mentor clinicians, and integrate clinical insights into business strategies. Having worked with Celsus previously, he aims to support the company's growth, aligning clinical standards with business objectives to strengthen its position in the UK primary care market while delivering exceptional patient care. In his role as CMO, Dr. Parikh will oversee clinical governance, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and integrate clinical insights into the company's overall business strategy. He will be instrumental in mentoring clinicians within the organisation, fostering professional development, and maintaining high-quality patient care. Celsus Group is pleased to announce Dr Shalin Parikh has joined as Chief Medical Officer (CMO). A practicing GP with over 12 years experience, Dr Parikh brings a wealth of clinical experience to Celsus.

James Stevenson joined Celsus in 2022 as CEO, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience and 16 years of healthcare sector expertise. With a strong background in managing public sector businesses and working closely with the NHS, James is focused on forming meaningful partnerships in the Primary Care sector. His goal is to deliver better patient outcomes, streamline services, and support the healthcare community. James is passionate about the direct impact Celsus makes, helping clients access the best talent and improve healthcare services. Under his leadership, Celsus is dedicated to creating lasting relationships and delivering results that make a real difference. James has a degree in Engineering and has been an Managing Director with Morgan Hunt and Eden Brown before joining Celsus Group. James joined Celsus Group in 2022 as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). James has 13 years in the public / healthcare sector and over 27 years of experience within recruitment.

Lorraine joined Celsus Group in 2020 as our Director of Business Development and Service Delivery. Lorraine has over 35 years of experience within healthcare as a Senior Nurse in a busy hospital settings and then as a Chief Operating Officer for a busy primary integrated urgent care facility. Lorraine joined Celsus Group in 2020 as our Chief Nurse. Lorraine still holds her NMC pin and graduated with a BSC hon in acute care and was attended the Kings Fund Top Managers Program. Lorraine is skilled in strategic planning, business development, change management and clinical leadership. Her aim is to help Celsus Group become the go to provider of primary and secondary care solutions provider by establishing a dependable, versatile, and quality service.

Mariann joined Celsus Group in 2024 as our Director of Primary Care Partnership. She brings over 25 years of healthcare management experience, specialising in urgent and primary care, governance, compliance, and strategic leadership. Mariann Cleverley, Director of Primary Care Partnerships at Celsus Group, brings over 25 years of healthcare management experience, specialising in urgent and primary care, governance, compliance, and strategic leadership. Prior to Celsus, she spent 14 years in senior leadership at IC24, managing urgent care services and GMS contracts while excelling in quality improvement and compliance. As a PCN Business Manager, Mariann's expertise in ARRS, IIF, and DES strengthens her role in developing primary care partnerships. Her hands-on experience with key healthcare projects such as QOF, LCS, and DES, coupled with her exemplary record as a CQC-registered manager, underscores her commitment to quality improvement, compliance, and change management. Her commitment to proactive, sustainable solutions aligns with Celsus's mission to innovate and improve primary care services across the UK.

Matt joined Celsus Group in 2024 as our CFO. Matt brings over 17 years of finance experience to Celsus, including 5 years in the healthcare sector. He has held diverse roles in accounting, media, and founded a finance consultancy specialising in recruitment. With a deep understanding of the numbers-driven nature of recruitment, Matt is particularly drawn to the opportunities within healthcare recruitment, where commercial-led finance leaders can make a significant impact. As former Finance Director at NHS Professionals, Matt is passionate about leveraging finance to drive growth in healthcare recruitment. His focus at Celsus is to help shape the company's future, expand its influence across healthcare, and unlock its full potential for long-term success. Matt Brummitt joins Celsus Group, bringing with him 17 years of finance experience, including 5 years in the healthcare sector having previously worked at NHS Professional.

Michael joined Celsus Group in 2019 as our Group Head of Marketing. Michael has over 11 years of experience within healthcare recruitment and has built the marketing function of Celsus from scratch. Michael is a Prince2 Registered project manager with a Power user accreditation in Google Analytics and Google Ads certification. Michael has led on 31 website project redevelopments in his career as well as supporting on 2 further projects and led 6 rebrand projects, whilst supporting on a further 11. Michael's goal is to attract and retain clinicians and clients, whilst making their Celsus journey as seamless and easy as possible. Michael graduated the University of Westminster with a BA in Business Management with Marketing.
