Alex Frame

Alex Frame is an experienced project manager responsible for Safe Direction's supply and installation of car park and warehouse barrier projects. Alex's prior tenure of 10 years in delivering projects for top tier building products into major construction works and previous experience in launching new car park barrier systems into the Australian market provides you with assurance for your project to be delivered on time to budget. Leanne has extensive administrative experience working within the manufacturing industry. Leanne is responsible for all administrative accounts requirements for Safe Direction and is the principal contact person for all debt management and collection.

Hayden Wallace - Founder, Managing Director

Hayden Wallace is the founding director and a major shareholder of Safe Direction. Hayden is a respected leading figure in the road safety barrier industry with over 20 years of experience with leading multi-site product manufacturing and distribution facilities serving the national road safety barrier market. The rapid growth in Safe Direction is based on the mission set by Hayden to deliver to customers' unparalleled technical support, innovative unique product solutions and speed in order fulfilment. Terry Colquhoun has worked in the safety barrier industry for over 15 years and is widely respected as one of Australia's foremost knowledgeable experts on road safety barrier products. Terry joined Safe Direction in 2012 and has extensive experience in sales management and product development. Terry has been instrumental in introducing numerous road safety barrier products to the Australian market, including cable barriers, crash cushions, guardrail end terminals and guardrail barriers as well obtaining regulatory approval through the Austroads Safety Assessment Panel.

James Foden

James Foden joins Safe Direction as the State Manager for Victoria. James has worked within the safety barrier industry for over 5 years and is experienced in providing technical assistance with a strong focus on customer service. James holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business and has completed a Diploma of Management. The appointment of James is an important step forward in the expansion of Safe Direction into the Victorian market. He will champion the introduction of MASH compliant safety barrier systems into Victoria.

LEANNE WHITE - CFO

Job Titles:

Ryan ensures the smooth availability and delivery of goods to Safe Direction's customers. Ryan is responsible for all aspects of logistics including material planning, inbound raw material movements, warehousing, customer order fulfillment and despatch. Ryan has worked within the industry for over 12 years and has an intimate knowledge of the products sold by Safe Direction. Ryan takes pride in his instrumental role in delivering Safe Direction's fast accurate turnaround of customer orders.

MATT HACKETT

Matt Hackett has extensive steel industry experience in the role of Purchasing and Production Manager. Matt is dedicated to building strong supplier relationships to deliver economical and quality solutions for our customers. Matt's ability to problem solve and communicate effectively make him a valuable member of the Safe Direction team.

MITCHELL SEAL

Mitchell Seal is responsible for responding to customer requests and coordinating the on-time packing and despatching of customer orders. He has worked in the road safety industry for more than 10 years and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service. Mitchell has been actively involved in the roll-out of Safe Direction proprietary products, including the RHINO-STOP® range of car park barrier solutions. He is skilled in preparing AutoCAD drawings allowing Safe Direction to respond quickly to customer requests for project drawings or proposing bespoke solutions.

Peter Watson

Peter Watson has extensive experience in the sale, distribution and installation of safety barrier systems. Peter is based in Brisbane and will champion Safe Direction's growth into Queensland and northern NSW. Peter has more than 15 years experience having previously worked with several guardrail installation contractors and manufacturers. Peter's product knowledge and commitment to customer service is aligned with Safe Direction's vision of becoming the leader in safety barrier technology aimed at improving motorists safety.
