Bryce joined GRAS in 2021 and brings 20+ years of experience in acoustic engineering, consulting, and engineering sales. Bryce's employment history spanned various acoustic disciplines including flight testing, R&D, environmental consulting, architectural acoustics, and test and measurement. Bryce is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Engineering in Acoustics. He is a member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering and the Acoustical Society of America. Bryce grew up and attended college in Pennsylvania before moving to Fort Worth, Texas in 2001 where he quickly developed an appreciation for TexMex and BBQ.

James is a British test and measurement engineer with over 20 years' experience of designing custom automated test solutions for a variety of manufacturers in the audio industry, mainly using AP audio analysers.
Before joining Audio Precision, James worked for companies including ARCAM, where he helped to develop the first ever functional ‘bed of nails' testing facilities using AP analysers. Moreover, he worked for TAG McLaren Audio and International Audio Group (IAG), where he served as Head of Engineering in both Cambridgeshire and Shenzhen, China. Prior to leaving IAG, he designed automated test facilities for the manufacturing groups of Quad, Wharfedale, Mission and AudioLab.

After earning his MSME from Purdue, Joe worked as a Sound and Vibration engineer in the Aerospace (DTI, Collins) and HVACR (Emerson) industries for a decade before pivoting into a technical sales role. His past roles focused on structural dynamics, modal analysis, acoustic analysis, and noise control. He has been selling test and measurement products for acoustics and vibration since 2020. Outside of work, he enjoys flying and all things related to aviation.

Philippa joined GRAS UK in 2017 and has worked with customers across a broad range of industries, from aerospace to consumer electronics, to provide them with the optimum test solutions for their application. She brings considerable business development expertise to her role having worked in advertising sales during her early career and later as a Business Development Manager at Cromwell Tools selling a large portfolio of engineering products. Very much a people person, Philippa spent four years in Ho Minh City, Vietnam where she taught English as a foreign language before returning to the UK and joining the GRAS UK team.
Philippa plays a key role in the UK sales team, looking after both new and existing accounts, as well as coordinating marketing activities and events.

Currently residing in Florida and covering the Midwest/Southeast USA, Ryan has worked for Axiometrix Solutions Inc. brands since 2016. His background in microwave engineering, product development and consumer audio solutions anchor his technical background.
Prior to Axiometrix, Ryan spent a decade at Avnera Corporation, a semiconductor startup company which was later acquired for 500M+ by Skyworks Solutions. His focus was product development, new product introduction, post-silicon validation and competitive analysis. He is a fan of electronic music, craft cocktails and holistic wellness.

Tony has over 15 years of experience in the world of sound and vibration testing. He enjoys helping people solve complex testing challenges and has taught seminars across a wide range of topics including headphone testing, building acoustics, sound power, loudspeaker testing, measurement microphones and many more.
Victoria joined the UK team in November 2020. With 20+ years' experience of office and customer account management, she is a great asset to the team.
