Palmen focuses on working directly with both coaches and companies to support a talent pipeline for the next generation of students. Before joining Inspire, Palmen with Community Career Connection's Lead to Succeed, where she managed youth programs designed to build leadership, citizenship, and career skills through high level service-learning projects. She is currently working on completing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications from Arizona State University.

Koehn focuses on aligning workforce with growth opportunities in high potential industry clusters. Before joining M7, She worked with the region's WIRED Initiative and the Southeast Wisconsin Workforce Development Board. She has more than 15 years experience in strategic and program planning, evaluation, grant writing, research, and professional writing. Koehn earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin.
