CONSCIOUS PARTNERSHIP

I'm Tunde, and I try to do what I can to make a positive difference. I have over 30 years' experience of authentically leading, I do consultancy, I'm a qualified executive coach, I sit on boards and I'm a trustee a few times over. I host a podcast where I interview some of the most senior business leaders in the country about their views around diversity, equity and inclusion and I may even have done some other good things too. Conscious Partnership is the vehicle for me to do more. "Conscious" is how we used to refer to someone who was aware of issues pertaining to Blackness and "Partnership" does what it says on the tin, that everything we might do together will be in partnership (you, me and maybe some of my fantastic network), as I know that I have not achieved anything alone.
