David Wells

A graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, David spent 12+ years in various roles with Minute Men HR. He began as a Sales Representative and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Executive Director of Sales and Vice President of New Business Development. David was fortunate enough to be a part of a startup division and helped grow the division to more than $25 Million in annual revenue during his tenure. Prior to Minute Men David had a 15+ year successful career in the medical imaging industry, specializing in radiology supplies and equipment, ultrasound systems and imaging software. David spent the early part of his career with Siemens Medical Systems, Hewlett Packard and Philips Medical Systems: all Fortune 500 companies. David's personal journey of recovery began in December of 2005. He recently celebrated 14 years of uninterrupted sobriety and served on the Board of Trustees at The Lantern Center of Recovery for several years. The Lantern is a residential treatment center that more than 60 men call home. He is a volunteer at the Cleveland Clinic Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Center at Lutheran Hospital and has been involved with the Cleveland Clinic treatment program since "day one" of his sobriety. David regularly attends fundraisers, social events, AA meetings and consistently works with new member of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Mark Saffran

Mark Saffran is currently acting CEO for EndoSkill Consulting Group, an organization that provides a consortium of learning materials relating to dozens of essential skills needed for modern employment. He also consults with several early stage ventures. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Mark has extensive and diverse professional experience. He has spent more than 38 years in the health care arena working for several Fortune 500 companies. Mark provides proven expertise in hospital and nursing home sales and executive positions. From 1989-2001, he was a senior member of multiple early stage health care company ventures. From 2001-2011, Mark was the CEO of an early stage international healthcare start-up. He was also a member of the Leadership Cleveland class of 2011. He joined Minute Men HR in 2012 as a sales representative, serving as a product specialist for Minute Men's health care clients while also being responsible for sales in other verticals as a payroll and HR generalist. Mark's personal recovery journey began in December of 2012. He is extremely active with a number of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) groups throughout the Cleveland Area. He is a clinical volunteer at the Cleveland Clinic, has served as secretary, chairperson and advocate for several AA groups, and leads a 12-step workshop on a monthly basis. Mark sponsors several men in various stages of their sobriety and has daily contact with sober members of Alcoholics Anonymous.
