It is very difficult to create ‘logical' money management plan for a discretionary system, if not impossible. It is easy to find if you are trading in a discretionary or mechanical way - write down your entry/exit rules and share it with a non-trader. If he can replicate the same trades as yours, then it is mechanical system. On the other hand, if he cannot replicate your trades by reading your rules, then you are using your brain while entering/exiting and it is discretionary in nature.
