FIT Europe is the Regional Centre of the International Federation of Translators (FIT) It focuses on translation and interpreting issues in Europe... FIT Europe works to promote the interests of translators and interpreters in Europe by providing a platform for the exchange of information and best practice, to improve the status and recognition of the profession and to raise awareness among the public and other stakeholders of the importance of translation and interpreting in our daily lives. It does so through a series of events, projects and meetings/conferences.
