In 2017 Mitch Breeden had a vision to build, own and operate multiple Boat, RV and Self-storage facilities. At that time he already owned and operated since 2010 a General Contracting company, Authentic Contracting Solutions (ACS), which would build his vision. CGB Group was formed in 2017 and has three departments; a Development department, Financial/Investor Relations and a Management Company... CGB Management team manages all the A-Affordable Storage properties totaling over 1,414,000 NRSF so far. Our services include day-to-day operations, bookkeeping, collection of rents, tenant leasing, maintenance of the facility, financial reporting, answering all phone calls, lien/collections, marketing and advertisement through Google, Yelp and LoopNet. We are members of the National and the Texas Self Storage Associations so that we can stay on top of the industry changes as well as any legal changes for tenant relations.
