Angie joined Western State Bank in 2003 and began her career in Mortgage Lending at Western in 2012. She loves all aspects of the home loan process and truly enjoys working with borrowers from start to finish. Angie works closely with customers to make sure they are comfortable throughout the entire process. Whether customers are purchasing their first home, vacation home, or refinancing, Angie uses her expertise to guide them through the home loan process. Angie's areas of expertise include the first-time homebuyer program for both Minnesota and North Dakota, investment properties, new construction, second homes, and VA loans.
Angie married her high school sweetheart and they make their home in West Fargo, ND where she was born and raised. With three young sons, she spends the majority of her free time at a football field, basketball court, or baseball diamond cheering for her favorite three players. Angie also enjoys spending time at their lake cabin with her family. They recently welcomed their first girl to the Scoville family, a Havashu named Tinley. Angie is certainly enjoying finally shopping for a girl!
Angie is also actively involved with the United Way of Cass Clay and is a Confirmation Guide at Faith Lutheran Church.
Angie was recognized as a Gold Level 2019 Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer.

Beth has been in the banking industry for over twenty years in many different capacities. Beth finds mortgage lending to be her favorite and most rewarding area. She enjoys getting to know her clients and finds it an honor to help customers with one of the most important investments of their lives. Whether you are purchasing, refinancing, or building a home, Beth will help guide and consult you the entire way to help you reach your homeownership goals!
Beth's husband, Kenny, is a volunteer fireman and her dad served in the military, so she proudly shares that Western State Bank offers the Hometown Heroes program.
Beth and Kenny live in Moorhead, MN, and have five children, a beloved lab named Gunner, and a cat named John. Beth is a member of the Fargo Downtown Rotary Club and serves as Student Guest Coordinator for the club. She is a board member for Doorsteps Midwest which conducts the F-M Homebuyer Class. This is the only in-person class approved for ND Housing loans in our area. She is a Home Builder's Association member and is the treasurer for Dilworth's Ladies Auxiliary.
Beth also helps her husband with Hope for the Holiday, raising money for underprivileged youth in the Dilworth, Glyndon, Felton area during the holidays to help lessen the burden and stress on these families. In her free time, Beth enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and gardening.

Marshall joined Western State Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer in May 2022. He provides home loan solutions and service to customers throughout our Arizona bank locations.
Marshall is originally from Mesa and earned a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from Arizona State University.
