JIAXI YAN

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Science (UX track) at Cornell University. I decided to learn UX because I want work that sparks my creative energy and improves people's daily lives by creating useful products... I have a solid background in design. I worked in the design industry for 3 years (including internships) where I worked on Healthcare and church projects. I had a chance to experience various firms' cultures - big and small, local, and international. I am used to working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment and collaborated with several interdisciplinary teams. I have learned to think creatively to produce helpful results, but also learned to spend time on the finer details.
