Aida Cipolla is OPG's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President, Finance. Aida and her team are responsible for providing OPG with strategic leadership and strategy for: business planning; accounting and financial reporting; treasury; taxation; fund management; internal audit; and enterprise risk management.
An experienced business executive, Aida joined OPG in March 2022 from Toronto Hydro, where she had worked since 2008, most recently as Executive Vice President and CFO. She supported critical initiatives such as electricity rate applications and successfully reshaped Toronto Hydro's Finance function using transformational strategies that include automation, blending industry best practices, and practical business solutions to drive strong financial performance. She also led their Climate Action Plan financial strategy to support the Toronto's Transform TO initiative towards sustainability, and Toronto Hydro's financial response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Toronto Hydro, Aida worked for KPMG LLP in Toronto and Dublin, Ireland, leading audit and advisory engagements.
Aida is known as a forward-thinking thought leader and spokesperson for the electricity industry. She is the first woman to chair the Electricity Canada (formally Canadian Electricity Association) CFO committee. Aida is a mentor through formal mentorship programs and is a strong advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives. She was recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2020 and as an Honouree in Canada's Top 40 Under 40 in 2019.
She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Diploma with a minor in Economics from McMaster University, Michael G. DeGroote School of Business, and sits on the Board of Directors and Resource Committee for Women's College Hospital in Toronto.

Anju Virmani Kumar is former Chief Information Officer of Cargojet Airways Inc., and a board member of Ontario Health. At Ontario Health, Anju is a member of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee as well as the Innovation and Transformation Committee.
In the past, Anju has served as an advisory member of the Advisory Council for National Security (ACNS) and the Cross Cultural Roundtable on National Security (CCRS). She has also served on the boards of Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (TCLHIN) and the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) as a citizen board member.
Anju is a successful technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in leading transformations through technology and managing technology risk at an enterprise level.
She supports initiatives in Diversity and Inclusion, to provide further technical education for women of diverse backgrounds in STEM programs through mentorship and scholarships.
Anju holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Delhi (New Delhi, India), a Master's degree in business administration from the City University of New York and a Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation from McMaster University.
Tracy Primeau has more than 30 years experience in the energy sector, recently retiring from Bruce Power as a Shift Manager in the operations division. Tracy began her career in the nuclear industry where she was one of the few women to become a CNSC licensed Authorized Nuclear Operator and the only female shift manager to work her way up from the shop floor.
Throughout her career Tracy has been a tireless communicator, having been an active member of Women in Nuclear (WiN) Canada, where she currently holds a WiN Canada Board position. She is also a mentor and role model to many men and women in the energy sector.
As a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation, Tracy strives to use the Seven Grandfather Teachings in her leadership every day. She was a founding member of the Ontario Hydro Native Circle in 1992 and was the first Chair of the Bruce Power Native Circle, a position she held for many years.
Raising her two boys with her husband Dave, Tracy has always been active in her community. Currently she is the Board Chair of the Women's House Serving Bruce & Grey, works on the executive of the local hockey club and sits on the Kincardine municipality's Economic Development Committee as the Energy Representative.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Waterloo and is an active alumni member of St. Paul's College and their Indigenous program as well as serving on their Board of Directors.

Carlton Mathias is the Chief Legal, ESG and Governance Officer at OPG. Carlton lead's OPG's Law Division, OPG's work towards accelerating Environmental, Social, and Governance performance and reporting, the Regulatory Affairs Division, and as the Chief Governance Officer is the trusted advisor to the OPG Board and leads OPG's Corporate Governance Program. Carlton has received the Institute of Corporate Directors Designation and the ESG Global Competent Boards Designation.
Carlton is called to the Bar of Ontario, having graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Toronto before that. He practiced first as a commercial litigator and then in energy and infrastructure law and was a partner at international Bay Street law firms. Carlton also worked at the Ministry of Energy leading the negotiation of inter-provincial power purchase agreements. Carlton has been at OPG for over 13 years.
Carlton is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Chapter Executive for the Greater Toronto Area. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Governance Professionals of Canada and is the Chair of its Advocacy and Thought Leadership Committee. Carlton is also on the Board of Directors of PowerON Energy Solutions Inc., an OPG subsidiary that is a leader in the transit electrification business.
Carlton has been an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School instructing in both the Trial Practice and the Lawyer as Negotiator courses.

Chris Ginther is EVP Business Strategy and Commercial Management at OPG. He joined the company in July 2012 as SVP and General Counsel, was appointed to Chief Administrative Officer in February 2017, and moved into his current role in October 2021.
Chris and his team are responsible for OPG's business strategy, development, commercial structuring, negotiations and commercial positioning in support of OPG's growth strategy. Chris is a member of the OPG's Enterprise Leadership Team and other committees.
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1983 and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986. He received his Master of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall in 1999.
Chris began his legal career at Torys LLP in Toronto. He has served as Vice President and General Counsel at BCE/Bell and Chief Legal Officer at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

Neal Simmons is Eagle Creek's President and Chief executive officer bringing strategic leadership and strong innovation and technical expertise. Neal previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Major Projects at Eagle Creek, as Vice President of Engineering at Cube Hydro, and as a professor of mechanical engineering at Duke University for 15 years. At Duke, he played a key role in the formation of Energy Engineering program. Neal remains committed to the importance of energy education and continues to teach courses at Duke on renewable energy technologies, modern power systems, hydroelectric generation, and engineering innovation. He has also overseen the rehabilitation, automation, and management of several damaged and underperforming hydroelectric projects.
Neal has started two successful engineering companies and has been granted over 30 US patents, which are licensed worldwide. He has over 90 peer reviewed publications and conference proceedings.
Neal graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and from Duke University with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science.

As Senior Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Affairs, Heather's focus includes ensuring progress on the company's Reconciliation Action Plan, and advancing hydroelectric generation development across the province in partnership with local Indigenous communities. She is also responsible for all stakeholder, public and media outreach, government relations, Indigenous relations, and branding activities in support of OPG's business goals.
Heather has more than twenty-five years' experience in the resource development, energy and electricity sectors. This includes roles as OPG's VP of New Business Ventures & Electrification, VP of Environment, and Director of the Hydro Business Development Group. In these roles, she was instrumental in starting OPG's electrification business as well as assembling the OPG team working to advance small modular nuclear reactors. As the hydro business development lead, Heather and her team successfully built northern power projects in partnership with Indigenous communities. She also previously worked in the Calgary office of Golder Associates supporting clients from the mining and oil & gas sectors.
Heather currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Atura Power and Electricity Canada, and is Vice Chair of Electricity Canada's Generation Council. She holds an undergraduate and Master's degree in Science from Queen's University, as well as an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Jill Pepall is a senior investment executive with a successful career in the banking, insurance and public sector pension industries. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, with $70 billion of assets under management, and its predecessor organization, Ontario Pension Board. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and CIO at Scotia Asset Management and Head of Investments at Empire Life Insurance.
Jill currently serves on several boards of directors and board committees. She is a board member and chair of the investment committee of the CAMH Foundation (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health). She a member of the investment committee of the board
of CMA Impact Inc. (Canadian Medical Association). She is also a non-trustee member of the investment committee of the board of the Municipal Pension Plan of British Columbia and serves on the investment committee of the board for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Jill received her Masters of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Director.
Jim Reinsch retired from the Bechtel Group where he was Senior Vice President and Partner, and past President of Bechtel Nuclear. In this role, he was responsible for the global profit/loss, customer relations, operations, project management, marketing and business development of Bechtel's three nuclear business segments: nuclear operating plant services, steam generator replacement, and operations of Bechtel's global nuclear activities. During his 40 years with Bechtel, he also presided over Bechtel Canada, and managed large regions in the United States and Asia. He served as the President of the American Nuclear Society organization, and was a member of the Nuclear Energy Institute as well as a member of their Executive Committee.
Jim is also a member of several international nuclear energy organizations, including the World Association of Nuclear Operators and the World Nuclear Association. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
Jim is a past board member of Frederick Memorial Hospital, Hood College Board of Trustees, Duke Energy, the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, Terrestrial Energy, and the Emirate Nuclear Energy Corporation's Committee on Nuclear Power which reports to the board of directors.
Joe Sheppard was appointed to the OPG Board in March 2017 and currently serves as an Independent Consultant. Joe was Interim Senior Vice President for Southern California Edison Company and served as its Interim Chief Nuclear Officer from September 2010 to December 9, 2010.
From 1993 to 2009, Joe held several senior positions associated with the South Texas Project nuclear power plant, including Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of STP Nuclear Operating Company, which operated the facility for its three owners. He served as Executive Officer of South Texas Project Electric Generating Station. He served as an executive at STP for ten years, holding positions of Vice President and Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer; Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services; Vice President of Business Systems; Assistant to the executive vice president; and General Manager of Licensing. He has been an independent director at Xcel Energy Inc. since March 2011.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master's degree in business administration from Duke University.
John Herron retired in 2013 from Entergy where he was the President, CEO and Chief Nuclear Officer of Entergy Nuclear, with responsibility for Entergy's nuclear plants located in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Michigan, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas as well as the company's management service to the Cooper Nuclear Station for the state of Nebraska.
He previously served as Entergy's Senior Vice President for nuclear operations handling the operational side of fleet management. John joined Entergy in February 2001 as Vice President, Operations at the Waterford 3 Nuclear Station in Killona, Louisiana. He then moved to New York as the senior Vice President of the Indian Point Energy Center in February 2002.
John began his career in nuclear operations in 1979 at Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation. Positions there included technical services superintendent, operations manager, technical programs manager, shift supervisor and supervisory control room operator. In 1994, he moved to Brownville, Nebraska to become plant manager at Nebraska Public Power District's Cooper Nuclear Station.
John then joined the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) as plant manager at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, from October 1996 through July 1999. From July 1999 to February 2001, John served as Site Vice President at TVA's Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
Prior to his career in utilities, John served in the U.S. Navy from 1972 to 1978. He was attached to the USS Tullibee and the S1C NPTU Windsor, where he was an instructor at the Nuclear Submarine Prototype School.
John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School in May 2005.
John currently serves on the board of directors for Duke Energy. He also served on the board of directors for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations and on the Nuclear Strategic Issues Advisory Committee of the Nuclear Energy Institute. In the aftermath of Japan's 2011 earthquake, he was named to the World Association of Nuclear Operators Post-Fukushima Commission and the US nuclear industry's Fukushima Response Steering Committee.

Karen Fritz is the Chief Supply Officer at Ontario Power Generation. Karen leads a team with overall ​responsibility for procurement across the company, including plant operations, projects, and corporate services. She is a director on the PowerON board, an OPG subsidiary, and a member of the Finance and Audit Committee at the Ontario Institute of Supply Chain Canada. Karen has a range of leadership, operations, and project experience, including recently leading the Darlington Refurbishment Turbine Generator Project, a first of a kind modification on the largest clean energy project in Canada. Over her 23-year career at OPG, she has worked at all three Ontario Nuclear Generating Stations, holding senior positions in outage management, two refurbishments, and corporate business development.
Karen is passionate about mentorship and leadership development and is focused on further increasing Indigenous procurement and diversity in OPG's supply chain. She also believes in the importance of implementing long term procurement strategies that support the future of clean energy in Ontario. Karen holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture Science and Project Management from Ryerson University. She lives in Toronto with her husband and son.

Ken Hartwick is OPG's President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ken joined OPG in March 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President - Finance. He was appointed President and CEO in April 2019.
Under Ken's tenure, OPG has released its first-ever Climate Change Plan, advanced its electrification efforts through the Ivy charging partnership and PowerON subsidiary, launched a Reconciliation Action Plan, and is currently leading the development of Canada's first Small Modular Reactor. The company is also undertaking multi-billion dollar overhauls of its hydroelectric and Darlington Nuclear generating stations. The four-unit Darlington refurbishment, one of Canada's largest clean energy infrastructure projects, remains on time and budget. Ken is currently leading OPG's commitment to be a global leader in ED&I best practices and one of Canada's best diversity employers.
Ken joined OPG from Wellspring Financial Corporation, where he was CFO and Treasurer. He held various senior positions in the energy sector, including interim President and CEO of Atlantic Power Corporation, CFO and CEO of Just Energy Corporation, and CFO of Hydro One. Ken previously held senior positions at Capgemini and was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP.

Originally from Norwood, Ontario (near Peterborough), Ken now lives in Milton with his wife. He has three grown children.
Ken Hartwick is OPG's President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ken joined OPG in March 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President - Finance, where he led all operations under Finance, Business Development, Strategy, and Risk. In that role, Kenalso led the launch of Canada's first utility green bond as well as OPG's expansion to the United States through the acquisition of Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC. Ken was appointed the OPG President and CEO on April 1, 2019.
Ken joined OPG from Wellspring Financial Corporation, where he was CFO and Treasurer. He was also interim President and CEO at Atlantic Power Corporation, a generating company that does business in Canada and the United States. For ten years prior, Ken was the CFO and CEO of Just Energy Corporation, a Canadian-based energy retailer. In addition, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hydro One between 2001 and 2004. He also held senior positions at Capgemini and was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP.

Kim Lauritsen is OPG's Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Energy Markets. Kim is responsible for OPG's strategy development and leads the team responsible for interfacing with Ontario's energy markets and markets in other jurisdictions.
Kim has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, having worked across various parts of the value chain, in several areas of the world. Prior to joining OPG in 2019, Kim worked at Origin Energy in Australia, focused on commercial strategy and transactions, renewable energy generation, liquefied natural gas projects, and customer-facing solutions, such as smart metering and virtual power plants. Prior to that, Kim worked at Shell in Europe, where she started her career with roles in finance, modeling and economics.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, a Master's of Science in Renewable Energy Development from Heriot-Watt University and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a member of the C.D. Howe Energy Policy Council.

Mary Filippelli is an accomplished international business executive known for achieving transformative impact across multiple global organizations. In addition to serving on the Board of Ontario Power Generation, Mary currently serves on the board of Canadian Western Bank (TSX: CWB.TO) as an independent director and member of the Audit Committee, and the Governance and Conduct Review Committee. She is a trusted advisor to CEO's and boards in setting, supporting and sustaining business strategy.
Most recently, Mary served as Vice-Chair and Managing Partner of Deloitte, and was a member of Deloitte's Leadership Team, Clients & Industry Management Committee, Financial Services and Risk Executive. In this role, Mary worked across each business line, industry, and geographic region to develop an elevated customer experience strategy. Previously, she served on the Global Executive of Lloyds Banking Group as the Group Audit Director in London, England where she led the transformation of Group Audit to elevate its relevance following the financial crisis. She also spent more than two decades with KPMG Canada in progressive roles, from audit partner, National Risk and Regulatory Lead Partner and National Financial Services Lead Partner, leading the national growth strategy across audit, tax and advisory services.
Mary is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario (FCPA-FCA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University, where she continues to serve on the Dean's Counsel for the Ted Rogers School of Management. As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Mel and her team are responsible for human resources, labour relations, environment, health and safety, procurement, information technology, real estate and facilities.
Mel joined the company in September 2017 as Assistant General Counsel and was appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources (HR) in 2019. After working with her team to modernize HR and implement a transformational HR strategy, Mel moved into her current role in October 2021. Her mandate in the CAO function involves establishing a set of cohesive shared services using process, technology and leading practices to further improve support function activities at OPG under her division. This includes out of the box thinking on how services are engaged, customer satisfaction tracking and supporting a well functioning service delivery model.
Mel has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto and graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2002. Prior to joining OPG, Mel practiced commercial litigation in New York City and at a large national Bay Street law firm in Toronto.
Outside of OPG, Mel fuels her interest in social justice through her service on the board of a not-for-profit organization providing support to women experiencing violence. She also mentors a diverse group of up and coming professionals from a variety of backgrounds that will eventually help to change the profile of leadership teams in the future.

Mike Martelli is Chief Projects Officer of OPG's Enterprise Projects organization. This organization takes an enterprise view of all OPG projects, to leverage project expertise across all areas of the business.
Prior to moving into his current role in August 2020, Mike held the title of President - Renewable Generation since 2013, leading a team of 1,500 skilled and dedicated team members who operate and maintain OPG's two thermal stations, 66 hydroelectric generating stations and a solar project. These stations are located across Ontario and have total capacity of over 10,000 megawatts (MW).
Mike is a member of OPG's Enterprise Leadership Team and an officer of the company. He has directed major projects including the Lower Mattagami, New Post Creek and Ranney Falls hydroelectric projects; fuel conversions of Atikokan Generating Station and Thunder Bay Generating Station from coal to biomass; and the Nanticoke Solar Project.
Mike joined OPG's predecessor company, Ontario Hydro, in 1985. Since then he has held roles of increasing responsibility in both technical functions and plant operations at OPG site locations across Ontario including Timmins, Renfrew, Thunder Bay, Niagara Falls and Toronto. Mike's previous management and executive roles include Maintenance Manager, Asset Manager, Director of Engineering, VP Operations-Thunder Bay, VP Operations-Niagara and SVP Hydro-Thermal Operations.
A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Mike holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer in Ontario and a graduate from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Nicolle Butcher is OPG's Chief Operations Officer. Nicolle is responsible for all of OPG's generating fleet with a capacity of over 15,600 MW consisting of 10 nuclear units, 66 hydro stations, two thermal stations and a solar facility. She is also responsible for the engineering function, integrated fleet management and the energy-related commercial business functions including energy trading, commercial contracting, and market affairs at OPG.
In addition, Nicolle is the Chair of the Board of both Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, OPG's US hydro subsidiary and Atura Power, OPG's fleet of combined cycle gas plants.
In her previous role as Senior Vice President, Renewable Generation and Power Marketing, Nicolle was accountable for the operation of hydroelectric and thermal generation in Ontario.
In her 22 years with OPG, Nicolle held a wide range of roles in OPG, including OPG's Corporate Business Development and Strategy team, focusing on implementing OPG's long-term strategic plan, including executing on $5B of acquisitions, building an electrification strategy and driving an innovation culture at OPG. She also worked with Canadian Nuclear Partners (now Laurentis Energy Partners), leading a corporate-wide business transformation and developing the Portlands Energy Centre in Toronto.
In 2021, Nicolle was named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women and named Women of the Year by WIRE (Women in Renewable Energy) and APPRO (Association of Power Producers of Ontario).
She sits on the Board of Directors of WaterPower Canada and the MaRS-Advanced Energy Centre Advisory Board of Directors. Nicolle holds an MBA from McGill University, is a Chartered Business Valuator, and has earned an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Scott McDonald is an experienced corporate director and former senior executive. In addition to presently serving as a Board Director and HR & Governance Committee Chair for Ontario Power Generation, Scott also serves as a Director and Governance Committee Chair for the Board of the Michael Garron Hospital. He previously served as a Director and HR Committee Chair on the Boards of Purolator and SCI.
Scott's career as a senior business executive was with large complex Canadian and North American companies in both the private and public sectors. With extensive C-suite experience in Human Resources, his background also includes general management, operations, sales, and distribution across several industries: consumer packaged goods, food, logistics and distribution, and forest products. His career provided him with the opportunity to have worked in both official languages, and also to work and live in Toronto, Sudbury, Montreal, and Ottawa.
Scott holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, holding a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Selma Lussenburg currently serves as a director of MAG Silver Corp. (TSE/NYSE: MAG) and the Muskoka District Airport. She is also the Chair of the Ontario Government's Internal Audit Justice Sectoral Advisory Committee, a member of the Executive Committee of the Canada-US Law Institute, and is a Canadian private sector representative on the CUSMA 31.22 Advisory Committee (previously NAFTA 2022 Committee) on the resolution of private commercial disputes.
Selma served as Chair of the IATA/ACI World Smart Security Committee (focussed on enhancing passenger security and other security screening efficiency and effectiveness) and Chair of the Aeropole Board of Governors. She has also served as Chair of the board of directors of Ontario Capital Growth Corporation and was a member of the board of directors of Oxford Properties.

Steve Gregoris is the Chief Nuclear Officer for Ontario Power Generation. He is responsible for OPG's nuclear fleet consisting of two stations and 10 nuclear units.
Steve has worked in the Nuclear Power industry for over 30 years, all with Ontario Power Generation/Ontario Hydro at both the Darlington and Pickering Nuclear Generating Stations. He brings expertise in areas such as operational excellence, leader development, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
He started his career in Engineering and then moved to Operations, where he has held several positions including Certified Shift Manager and Operations Manager at Pickering, and Director of Operations and Maintenance at Darlington. In 2017, Steve completed a secondment with the World Association of Nuclear Operators in Atlanta as an Organizational Effectiveness Evaluator. Steve was Deputy Vice President for Pickering and prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President for the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station.
Steve is a graduate of McMaster University with a B.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
Steve is married and has two children. He enjoys motorsports and travelling.

Subo Sinnathamby is the Senior Vice President - Nuclear Refurbishment at Ontario Power Generation. She has responsibility for all aspects of the refurbishment of the remaining three units of the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station, to prepare the plant for 40+ additional years of low-cost, safe and reliable power generation. As a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team, Subo is also a director on the Atura Power board.

Wendy Kei was appointed Board Chair for OPG effective June 27, 2019. She was initially appointed to the OPG Board in March 2017.
Wendy is currently the board chair for NFI Group Inc. (TSX: NFI); and the audit committee chair for Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX:CG.TO & NYSE:CGAU).
Wendy is an accomplished Finance Executive with more than 25 years of senior business experience across multiple industries. For most of her career, she has worked in the mining industry and brings a strong focus on board leadership, corporate governance, financial expertise, corporate strategy, ESG, risk management and significant expertise in executing complex mergers and acquisitions.
Wendy previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Dominion Diamond Corporation (formerly Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and Aber Diamond Corporation).
Wendy is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (FCPA-FCA), holds a Fellow designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (F.ICD), and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. Wendy was named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2020 and was selected as a Diversity 50 2016 Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council.
