With two single-opening press lines, North Carolina Plywood is able to give each of your panels close attention to ensure top quality. Our sanding operations include state-of-the-art Costa and Timesavers sanders. Shortgrained/counterfront panels are sanded on our Heesemann cross belt sander. Cut-to-size and specialty panels are sawn on our Holzma and Giben panel saws. Foils/papers are laminated to panels on a Monco laminator. Edgebanding is performed on our Fletcher machine... We began operations as North Carolina Plywood in 2013, yet we were making plywood here over 65 years ago! We are blessed to be building upon years of manufacturing for and service to great companies in a number of industries. We have an in-depth understanding of the needs of these companies and work hard to fulfill these needs... Custom hardwood plywood (Maple, Birch, Cherry, Oak, Bamboo, Alder, etc.) manufactured on veneer, MDF or particleboard. 4x8 to 4x10 panels. Cutting services.
