Balachandran Tammareddi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is responsible for the marketing of our EMAK Glass Fiber and Accessories, an ECMAS Group company. He has been with us since 1986.
Bhavna Nallamothu is Chief Financial Officer of the ECMAS Group, responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, financial planning and data analytics. With 7 years' experience, she also leads our Systems Management and implementation of ISO standards. Bhavna has a B.E. (Computer Science) and a Master's Degree in Finance.
Divya Nallamothu is Chief Executive Officer of the ECMAS Group. In her role as CEO, Divya shapes our thinking and culture, directs our energies and efforts, and keeps our focus firmly on the customer. She has 13 years of experience and leads from the front, managing our human resources, sales and operations. Divya holds a Master's Degree in Business

A pioneer in the development of fiber reinforced cementitious mortars, a specialist in chemistry of admixtures for concrete and mortar and an expert in formulation of repair mortar for concrete and masonry structures, Giovanni Mantegazza is a world-renowned figure in the construction industry. With 5 international patents to his name and over 100 published articles in leading scientific journals, he is an invaluable asset to ECMAS and leads our Research & Development division.
Preetam Reddy manages Group construction activities at ECMAS. In his 22 years in the industry, he has personally overseen the construction of over 500,000 square feet. Preetam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
In a career spanning two decades, Rajeev Gupta has occupied key managerial positions at some of the world's best construction and construction chemicals companies including Chryso, Saint Gobain Gyproc and Pidilite Industries. Since 2017 he has led our Marketing function and manages day-to-day operations of the Group with an emphasis on implementing sound business practices, identifying new opportunities and driving strong and sustainable growth. An Electrical Engineer and an MBA, Rajeev brings a wealth of experience and marketing expertise to the ECMAS Group.
Long before ECMAS was incorporated, it was born as an idea in Rajendra Nallamothu's mind. An engineer by education and an entrepreneur at heart, he founded ECMAS in 1983 with a vision to supply India with specialty chemicals of the highest standard. Under his able stewardship the Group has grown to occupy market leading positions across verticals and employs more than 250 people. For over 37 years, he has been a valuable partner to the construction industry and a mentor and guide to some of its best minds. As Founder and Group Chairman, Rajendra Nallamothu oversees Group operations, sets our course and guides strategy at ECMAS.
With a Degree in engineering and 36 years of industry experience, Ravindra Nallamothu oversees financial planning and analysis for the ECMAS Group as well as accounting, internal audit, tax and treasury. Other areas under his purview include investor relations and enterprise risk management. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Group.
Rudi Olinga has been at the forefront of polyurethane technology for over five decades. A Chemical Engineer from HTS Groningen in the Netherlands, he is a specialist in the formulation and development of PU materials for use in injections and waterproofing solutions. He heads the Research & Development function for our PU solutions.

An engineering graduate with a Master's in Management Studies, Srinivas Nallamothu is responsible for project implementation and production at the Group level. In his 30 years at ECMAS he has designed and built every one of our manufacturing facilities and overseen their capacity expansions. He is focused on driving production improvements and ensuring safe, reliable operations.

As Chief Systems Officer of the ECMAS Group, Vamsi Nallamothu is responsible for the manufacturing, systems and quality of our products and processes, ensuring that extremely specific needs of our customers are met within their timeframes. Before this, he has worked on projects for world-class manufacturers like Airbus, Boeing and Rolls Royce. Vamsi has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree from Sweden in Structural Mechanics with a specialisation in optimisation.
Varun Nallamothu is Chief Operating Officer of the ECMAS Group responsible for sales and marketing. Since joining ECMAS in 2012, he has overseen all aspects of our sales and advertising, digital, field and corporate marketing, brand development, communications and design. Prior to this Varun has worked with Motorola (Chicago) as a Supply Chain Planning Analyst. Varun holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University with a minor in Marketing.
