Bill Blanchard has been in the Construction Industry for over Thirty Five years. He repaired and remodeled rentals through his twenties. Started building Cell Phone Towers in his thirties. Earned his Contractors license and started his own Tower construction Company. Opened offices in Arizona, Saint Louis, and Chicago. His crews built hundreds of towers for AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, T Mobile Etc. He is currently building and remodeling homes in the San Diego area... We work with the Architect's and Engineer's to get your building permits issued and construction started.
